Auto Pro always goes above and beyond to both service my car and to explain the process to me. I have been going to them for years and won’t go anywhere else. John and his crew make sure I know exactly what is going on with my car, talk details, and never ever “talk down” to me as a woman. Everyone there is always friendly and incredibly helpful.

Took car in for inspection. Quoted one price on one day and agreed to the work that needed to be done. When I called to see if I could pick up the car three days later, the price had doubled. Then, they told me I had to drive the car 50 miles so they could reset the check engine light, so I did, took it back and they said they hooked up the machine wrong and I would have to come back the next day....still no inspection sticker. I came back the next day and they said a new code showed up that would require more work on the car. I still have no inspection sticker and was not offered any type of a refund as I paid the bill and for the inspection sticker but am taking my car elsewhere to get my car inspected. Expensive mistake to come to this auto shop. Will not be returning.

John and his staff are very knowledgeable and always professional. Their workmanship is top-notched with very fair pricing. I have recommended, to my friends, Autopro, for vehicle service and maintenance.

Wonderful and Professional staff, and the mechanics work miracles! Alex explains the repairs (what is absolutely necessary and others which are optional, or can wait). Very caring and considerate staff! Auto Pro has been working on my vehicles for over 10 years; I will take my cars no where else!

Bad news. Got bad service and customer service was worst I ever seen
