My son purchased his first car on Monday and was disappointed to find that strong gas fumes filled the cabin of the car after he put gas in the tank. The smell went away after driving it a bit, but returned on Wednesday when he put gas in the tank again. Now, we're concerned. We found that gas was pooling under the rear passenger seat on top of the fuel pump. (Major fire hazard). I called AutoPro up for the first time. Bill, the service manager, didn't just hear what I was saying...he LISTENED. He told me to come right in. They found that the cap was missing on a hose fitting. They were HONEST and CARED. They replaced the cap and the next day my son was SAFELY back on the road. I can say that this is a business that treats you like family. I plan to use them for all my vehicles. Thank you so much.

Wonderful customer service, knowledgeable, and talented service techs. I have a relatively rare 2014 Honda CRZ and they have kept it purring. I don't trust anyone else to touch any of our 3 vehicles! Highly recommended!

I was very pleased with their service & with my interactions with 3 different guys. They knew I lived far away & I was in a rush, yet they still "under-promised and over-delivered." No pressure. My young, adult daughter has had several good experiences here and I now have greater comfort that she has a reliable, local mechanic & car-repair advisor.
