Went in for oil change, 2 bulbs including turn signal, and intermittent start problem. Long story short, they padded the bill, didn't replace the turn signal though they assured me they did, and misled be about my starter problem. I'm left with a still unsafe vehicle and having to lose another day to service elsewhere. Offered compensation was $16 for "a bulb they did not replace." Beware of condescension toward females and bill padding and work not done. : (

Went for an inspection, was told I needed an ungodly amount of work for $1600 and change. Went else where and passed inspection no work needed. What a joke

Blew a tire out in my wife’s car right up the road. Very professional, and courteous. If you are looking for a top notch repair shop in the Reading area, this is your place! 10/10

Came in for inspection. I was told I needed new front barakes. I was Quoted $250 for front brakes, when I went home to change them, (wich only took about 20 min. total and parts cost $37). The old pads were not as bad as I was told (should not have failed.)Seems dishonest to me.

If you’re looking for a new repair shop these guys are it. I found them when my old car ended up needing a transmission after my dash board lit up like a Christmas tree. Their communication was took notch during the repair process. Since then I’ve taken our other car there for routine service and new tires. The entire staff at Auto Pro are top shelf. Extremely friendly and honest. Five stars across the board.

I've been using Auto Pro for several years. My latest experience with them for the oil change has been consistent with the service I have come to expect from them. Each time I have been their, the people were courteous, knowledgeable of my car, and my needs; performed the required work in a professional manner, and kept me informed of any unexpected problems they might discover. A quality operation at competitive prices. Highly recommend.

Fast, courteous service. The mission was basic, (reattaching a partially disconnected engine cover, as a new cover was not needed), but they didn't make more of it than they needed to. In and out quickly, and I was treated like a return customer, not a new one whom they had no concern for. This bodes well for their ability to handle more involved challenges.
