The owner and his wife were sitting there as I walked in to pick up my car and greeted me with a smile and ask me how my day was. they are truly involved with their customers which is what you want. I told one person I was going to Disneyland and I needed my car in Tip-Top shape and when I went to get my car everyone there knew I was going to Disney and told me to have a safe trip and be careful. This truly is a awesome place to bring your car highly recommended and their prices are very reasonable. I've had a great experience with Auto Pro! They're truly awesome. They did an excellent job on my car several times and their prices are very reasonable and affordable. The people that work there are very kind, helpful, and honest. They offer loaner cars if you need to leave your car there for repair and have no other transportation......... although their waiting room is the nicest one I've ever seen at a car place, and I wouldn't mind waiting there! They go the extra mile in customer service and friendliest in that they send customers holiday cards in the mail, give kids lollipops, assist you in any way possible to make your experience a wonderful one, and do their absolute best to accommodate your schedule when it comes to repairing your car. I've honestly never had such a great experience with a car place before. They make it SO easy from the time you call them to the time you pick your car up. Car repair is typically a stressful experience for people, but Auto Pro makes it A LOT easier! I HIGHLY recommend this place for ALL of your auto care needs!
