First time taking my car there for inspection after my normal mechanic was booked. I couldn't be happier about my choice. The staff is extremely polite and explained everything to me. Not to mention I had my car back in one day!!! Will definitely be a repeat customer!!!!! Thanks again for the awesome service!!!

Everything about this place is extraordinary. The folks that run the place are very friendly, warm, and it's one of the best run small businesses I've seen. The way they integrate technology makes the customer experience seamless. For example, they text you with updates and links to photos and reports so that you can see everything that's going on with your car almost in real time. They're also super communicative and transparent. Last but not least they treat your car like it's theirs and they treat customers like dear friends.

After a poor experience with Masano Ford, John & company completed the inspection on our van. Found the staff to be friendly, competent, and professional. Will be using Auto Pro going forward.

The Auto Pro Family was fantastic from start to finish. They made it easy to trust them, with my one and only vehicle, by being very transparent about what was in need of repairs. During the initial inspection all problems were photographed and sent to me. Along with the pictures there were notes explaining what I was looking at and why there was a problem. I'm not a mechanic so this helped me understand the importance of the needed repairs and gained my confidence that I was in the right place. Overall everything was completed without surprises or complications. My vehicle & I are very happy. I would recommend using Auto Pro to anyone who wants a good company on their side for all of there automotive needs.

Nicest guys you'll ever meet. Honest and completely open about everything that they do. Not to mention how accommodating they are. They know people need to get to work and get around and they do everything they can to make sure you're never stuck. It's hard today to find a mechanic you can trust but in John and all the guys that work for him all you will find is exceptional work and complete honesty. They have a lifelong customer in me.
