The Auto Pro Family was fantastic from start to finish. They made it easy to trust them, with my one and only vehicle, by being very transparent about what was in need of repairs. During the initial inspection all problems were photographed and sent to me. Along with the pictures there were notes explaining what I was looking at and why there was a problem. I'm not a mechanic so this helped me understand the importance of the needed repairs and gained my confidence that I was in the right place. Overall everything was completed without surprises or complications. My vehicle & I are very happy.
